What is fine bubbles?
Bubbles with a bubble diameter of-1~100μm or less are called Micro-bubbles 1μm or less are called Ultra fine bubbles or Nano-bubbles 100μm or less are all called Fine bubbles.
How are the fine bubbles generated?
The air is automatically taken into the liquid using the pump's suction power with the air control unit. The air-liquid mixture is stirred and pressurized by the mixed air pump with an excellent gas-liquid mixing ability. Dissolving the gas and liquid in the blender box generates fine bubbles from the control valve at the discharge side.
Features
The fine bubbles can be generated by the internal stirring action even if gas is mixed in about 10% of the discharge volume.
The demonstration unit is available. Please feel free to contact us.

Test conditions: fresh water in a 44 L water tank, fine bubbles generated by Model MBT-203 at an AIR volume of 1.5 L/min and discharge volume of 1.5 L/min, and circulated for 5 minutes.
After stopping, the fresh water was sampled after the microbubbles had completely surfaced. The water was then taken to the following measuring institute and the values were measured four hours after sampling.
Measured by: Izumitec Corporation (Fine Bubble Industries Association test laboratory, registration number DTU1712001) Measuring equipment: NanoSight NS3000.
