Malhaty Pump - Pioneer of centrifugal pumps and customized pumps for special liquids transfer

We designed and proposed a pump specialized in transferring electroless nickel plating liquids by prototyping several special impellers and repeated testing using the actual liquid supplied by the customer.

We proposed a pump for a geothermal power generation (binary power generation) plant construction utilizing hot springs. We also achieved a high level of quietness by considering nearby accommodations and private houses.

The customer used a metal-made coolant pump for transferring abrasive liquids and had to replace the pump frequently because the impeller was easily worn out. The customer requested us to develop an abrasive-strong pump. We emphasized the abrasiveness and designed the most suitable pump for the intended application.

We proposed a special pump capable of feeding oil without power supply in case of disaster.
